Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship via [insert carrier(s), e.g., USPS, UPS] and offer the following options:
- Standard (3–7 business days)
- Expedited (2–3 business days) (if applicable)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing, please contact us at orders@stickyscale.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
StickyScale is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
