Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from StickyScale. If you're not completely happy, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email us at orders@stickyscale.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at orders@stickyscale.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
